My predictions were pretty close. Fort Frye choose to go to Coshoctons bracket rather then Harrison Centrals.They beat Harrison Central.

That's just my guess to why they picked to play in Coshoctons bracket over Harrison Centrals. Because they beat Harrison on a neutral earlier in the year.

I agree that has to be why they picked it. Just not sure that I'd look that far ahead when I have to go thru a good SV team, Coshocton who is as hot as anyone, and Hiland.

Oh I wasn't Coshocton has won 8 in a row. SV matchup favors the Cadets but anything can happen in the tourney they do have 13 wins. They did only beat Trail 47-43.

So am I looking at this right?

Both Caldwell and Malvern chose an additional game instead of the 1st round bye/1-game sectional.

Rosecrans could've been the highest seed in their sectional (and perhaps matched up with Shadyside in the Sectional final), but instead took the path of having to beat the #2 seed just to get to District? I mean, they could've avoided all three top seeds in the Sectional by going where Shadyside is, right?

Correct Rosecrans chose to play Caldwell over Shadyside. RC does only have to play 1 game now though. I think Caldwell and Malvern see the 1st round games as a warm up. If I'm those schools I feel disrespected.
