You're right. He's really turned that golf program around. I'm going to check with Combs and Kight today and see if they need me to sit on the bench with them tonight. I'm willing to do it, but it will cost them.

First off this is just silly. The TVC Ohio is AWFUL at golf. How is that like winning State Football Champ? The Hocking would whoop them. Didn't Waterford go to state boys and girls golf? If they were in the Hocking they wouldn't win one match.

Now to the subject at hand. I can not wait for this game. Talk about excitement in the area. I love the TVC/SEOAL banter! But I disagree with who ever said before about this point in the year coaching isn't as important. This is where preparation makes ALL the difference. Coach Maddox is as experienced as they come and is going to have the Warriors ready. I'll take them in a very close one.

The 2016 Vinton County Vikings have made history already. No team in our history has won the TVC, a sectional championship AND the Seoal in the same season. Congrats boys on the three titles and winning the last ever Seoal championship!

I can imagine what 93Dog was doing on Court Street late Friday night...or do I really want to think about it?

Add in Alexander over Minford and it's been a tremendous tournament for the TVC Ohio so far. Hopfully we can keep the momentum flowing!

Congrats to Coach Combs on reaching the District Tournament. Was a great game to watch, and Warriors, nice season, thank you seniors for being a part of a very special four years.
