Could not be more proud of clay tonight. Started the game down 11-0 I believe and fought all game long. They were just too tall and had a deep bench with constant subbing. Great season by clay and they should be proud of what they've done the past couple of years.

Have Private schools play in their own tournament? Did they even celebrate this win?

Box out!!!
They were!!! So did waterford. When you are 6'8 and 6'7 you can jump over the top of a 6'0 player, not touch him & get a rebound & its not a foul.

Great season for our Panthers. Just ran out of gas the 4th quarter. Very proud of the team The fan support there tonight was great. Keep your head up and be proud. 24-3, SOC champs, sectional and district champs and regional runner up. Throw in 3 boys reaching 1000 points what a memorable season that will always be remembered! Thank you boys!!

Great season for Clay. Arguably the best Clay team in school's history. Nothing to hang your heads about. Great career for those seniors

Great season Clay Panthers!!........24-3, regional final for the first time since 1969, SOC I champions, the Blue and Gold have a lot to be proud of. To all the kids coming back, get out and work on your game and get Panther basketball back to this level. What was accomplished this year should not be an aberration, but an expectation.

Incredible season by the Clay Panthers, It's just hard to compete when the columbus teams are 3-4 more players deep, a huge height advantage, amd their confidence coming into the game. It also didn't help that the panthers had a heart wrenching game 3 days earlier that went into double overtime where they had to use even more energy. But with the record they had, sectional champs, district champs, making it to the regional final, having three 1000 point scorers, they should have nothing to hang their head on. Those kids played with heart each and every game and every panther fan should be proud of those kids. They gave everything they've had to the Clay community and basketball program for four year, and have been a pleasure to watch them grow up into the young men they are today. Congrats
