Waverly opens their 2007 season tonight in the land of the Jeeps. The Tigers have high expectations for this season coming off their SOC Championship a year ago and returning a very powerful team. How is Webster supposed to fair this year and what are everyone's thoughts on this game as well as the Tigers season.

I too think Waverly will not be as sharp as many think. The short time from football to basketball will show. Jeeps in a close one. 56- 51

Looking at the schedule, I was glad to see Webster get Waverly early in the year. While Waverly might have a rusty night shooting the ball, I guarantee their athleticism and size won't be rusty though! They'll give Webster fits on the boards and probably get alot of points on putbacks/layups. Just going on what both teams have coming back from last year, I'll say...
