No shame in this loss if you’re Jackson. As for Chillicothe playing vs Moeller and @ Jackson back to back days is no joke

Jackson is the hardest playing team I’ve seen all year.

66-52 final

Jackson played hard but Chillicothe’s length and quickness was too much...21/23 from the line and shot 57% Fg for the game.

Jackson didn’t play poorly at all. Jackson only had 10 turnovers the entire game and forced Chillicothe to 14. Wallis had 17, Griffin Brown had a big 11, Hammond had 8, Bragg 7, Kuhn 5, Spires 4. Spires was in his first game back from a broken leg in week 6 of football. Glad he’s back. Jacob Winters will be back soon.

Chillicothe’s defense....just everywhere and long enough to cause some missed shots at the basket in assumption of getting blocked. Roper...lord he’s quick. Reminds me of Remington from Waverly but taller and stronger. Roper got an unexpected 3 and nailed his free throws. Beard was great with an efficient 16 and just seem to make everything. So clutch. Maughmer, so smooth, so athletic. Noel is just huge and makes this team virtually impossible to guard. Smith hit 2 open 3’s. Great team but I definitely want the rematch.

Chillicothe is as advertised. I thought Jackson played great and still lost by 14. Not sure of Chillicothe’s weakness but it’s not defensive movement. My son was sad he didn’t see any dunks but I think he’s old enough to understand that was a high level southeast district contest.

Something came up, really wanted to see the game. Overall, how was the crowd, does Chillicothe travel really well ?

Chillicothe doesn’t travel huge like if other SE schools were that good but they had a nice crowd. Good crowd and atmosphere

I wonder what Alex can do with Chillicothe when they visit the Alley on the 3rd?

They may matchup better for the sole fact that Terry at 6’10 in the middle can affect all shots in the lane....but I’d Smith/Roper are hitting shots to go along with Maughmer and Beard, it won’t matter.

If Chilly is off from the outside and maybe some Noel foul trouble...Alex can maybe keep it single digits. If Terry gets in foul trouble it might be a 35 point game. If Chilly plays well they’ll win by 20+ I’d guess.

Chillicothe stayed completely out of foul trouble. Not sure the big 3 ever left the court. Roper just a couple min break but don’t think he needed it. Cavs have endless energy.
