Wife made up some homemade vegetable beef soup. Excellent. Chunky with a great broth

Went to El Torero tonite. Had the Mexican Grilled Chicken covered with grilled onions, peppers smothered In a melted white cheese, refried beans, rice and a tossed salad. Meal includes appetizers of salsa, chips and Mexican cole slaw. Ate too much,lol

Dinner out —. Prime rib, baked potato, cottage cheese. The horsey sauce was awesome.

Last night was Spam/tomato sammie on a stale hamburger bun. The tomato was as hard as a hockey puck. :(
