3. #10 Meade, Roback, Brady T., Anthony Dixon
Leave the other one for someone else
4. I'll guess Gtown for the Lot Lizard
5. Rusty Richards
6. Cincinnati Moeller
7. Paul Jewell a.k.a. Silk
8. 5
9. Jeff McClelland
10. Great Question, Probably the J-T Cardinals

#2 is not L.R. although Mr. Faires has led the team, the Band and Fans onto the field various times throughout the years, sometimes dressed as a member of the Alumni Marching Band, most notably during the 1989 undefeated season, but not during the 1980 season

teufelhunden:
1. not Bruce Fouts Jr., at least I don't think, the yardage to beat is 44 yards
2. Broc Irwin correct
3. #10 Meade, Roback, Brady T., Anthony Dixon correct add Rusty Richards to that list
4. The Glouster Tomcats were not victorious that night
5. Rusty Richards: even though he had one of the best single game performances in our school's history at Meigs his senior year, Rusty does not have the best season average
6. Cincinnati Moeller It would have been early Faust but no, we didn't beat the Crusaders
7. Paul Jewell a.k.a. Silk correct
8. 5: McClelland did not rush for over 200 yards five times in 1978
9. Jeff McClelland probably the highest single game average, he doesn't hold the highest career yards per carry average
10. Great Question, Probably the J-T Cardinals: nope didn't open up with who we shared a field with.

#10 would have made a great question for the radio

Jamie Dunlap says Crooksville
Tom Hardy says Chuancey

I'll take a second guess of Roseville

TCat1000+ correct on #1
Tom Hardy correct on #10

#4 wasn't JT
#5 wasn't Bobby Trace
#6 wasn't Chauncey
#8 wasn't 3
#9 isn't Gene Campbell (this might be the toughest question on the list)

#4 must have been a tie
#5 Mike Roback
#6 St Ignatius
#8 4
#9 Tyler Dyla averaged 7.7 yards per carry for the year last year. I would have to think that would be very hard to beat.

teufelhunden: Correct on #4, 5, and 8

#6 St Ignatius we didn't nip the Wildcats, even though it was before they won a state championship in the playoff system

#9 Tyler Dyla doesn't have the record, but if this was a game of hot and cold, you would be on fire.

We still need one more number for #3 and the answer to #6 and #9

The Kool-Aid Man got the second half to #3

#6 wasn't York, although the Bruins were our first home win

#9 wasn't Robby Jenkins, although your in the right decade

These are the two toughest questions on the list.

Clues for the two

#6 the school colors were I believe Green and White
#9 in the 2000s, wore a single digit number

Sorry I just realized I made another mistake

#9 I was looking at my list of leading rushers with their averages about five columns over from the name and apparently my eyes jumped. The way I had been looking at it Jesse Brunton averaged 8 yards per carry, he didn't, the person one ahead of him on the list did to hold the record. So scratch out all of the clues I'd been giving earlier. He are the accurate ones

He's ranked 12th on the all-time rushing list.
He averaged 8 yards per carry.
He changed numbers between his junior and senior years.

From the look of your clues Bruce Fouts jumps out at me. He is not in the top 10 career rushing yards, but he did get moved from guard his junior year to tailback his senior year. He rushed for 1000 yards his senior year. That would include a number change as well. Bruce to put it bluntly was a stud and still knocks the young guys around in the alumni game. They know where he is at on the field at all times. If they don't they will get rocked.

TCAT1000+ is right, #9 is Bruce Fouts

All we need know is who did the Cats beat for their first road win.

Hints:
Colors are Green and White
No longer in existence
The school has two names (like Vinton County only it's not Vinton County)
