ONB 365, you really are doing good. I put back on 3 lbs, but took them off again...tell me the names of some of the diet meals, I can buy them at Wally World, and take them back to the break room and eat...

The healthy choice is something new I've tried the smart ones are the weight watcher ones and lean cuisine they don't taste like diet food.. they taste like real stuff!
just watch the fat in the meals... and you should do good... for sandwiches I buy the arnold thin sandwich bread
I love these!! they are great grilled toasted or just plain.. get the Oscar Meyer 98% fat free ham and turkey you can have like 6 slices per sandwich..
