There is still a ban of water usage in effect. No washing cars and watering plants and flowers. Those wells and holding tanks must have been drained pretty good from all the leakage trouble.

Logan is like about every town.....The water lines were put in decades ago.

Yep, heard there was some bad spots that needs replacing pretty bad. They get old and outdated like everything else. If they would replace lines a little bit at a time, they could get it worked out in a manner everyone could agree on. Lived in this spot for over 20 years and haven't had much trouble in this area.
