Calvin and Hobbes!

Post by The Instructor »

Calvin and Hobbes is my favorite comic strip.

Bill Watterson stopped drawing it but I wish he would start it again.

Anyway, I thought I would share a few of them on here.

The Instructor -

Calvin and Hobbes is my all-time favorite cartoon. I was so disappointed when Watterson stopped drawing the feature. While I can certainly understand the "burnout factor" (after all, each strip was a classic) involved in producing such high quality writing, one would think at some point in time that the batteries would be recharged.

I'd love to see him start publishing again. This cartoon was a regular point of conversation for many of my co-workers, for a long time.

Hobbes was just awesome! I really miss this cartoon.

And thanks for sharing, these all brought a smile to my face....

Oh, and if you want to add any of the cartoons with the snowmen/snow figures, please do, as they were some of his best work!!!

Yes, it was an awesome cartoon!

I hope Watterson starts drawing it again.

He has had a long rest so maybe he has new ideas.
