spring/summer basketball league

Looking for a spring/summer basketball league to join for a 4th grader. Jackson, Chillicothe, Waverly, Portsmouth and surrounding area. I know P. West has a league but they only take teams and the McGraw league is outdoors but not sure on whether or not it's more street ball or fundamental basketball development. Thanks in advance for any information.
