Tuesday evening game which was a finish of the 7th grade game and make-up of the 8th grade game. Big storm had stopped the game three weeks or so ago.
8th grade - Waverly over Jackson 38-30 (hope that score is accurate: secondhand info)
7th grade - Waverly wins a thriller scoring of the final drive 22-20. Both teams were undefeated going in to this game.
Waverly Jr. High teams end up with a combined record of 13-2-1. Future looking pretty bright for the Tigers

A note to make for future region games, both the Bellaire 7th and 8th grades finished undefeated. 8th grade with a couple of lightning fast kids, size, 7th big and powerful, no speed.
