Mercer (4-5) led by one at the half but came out and laid an egg in the 2nd half, where Holy Cross (1-7) out scored them by 15. The game was still close about half way through the 2nd half and then Holy Cross put together a nice run to pull away. Leading the Crusaders with 21 points and 9 boards was Joe Pridgen (Winchendon, MA) On the season he had averaged 10,6 points and 6.6 rebound per game. Austin Butler (Latrobe, PA) contributed in the win with 17 points and 11 boards. For Mercer Ethan Stair (Hazel Green, AL) led the way with 19 points and 8 boards. James Glisson III (Decatur, GA) came off of the bench to score 16 points.
