With Tua being hurt. It’s probably Burrow vs the field now. I’m surprised how much he’s developed from being on the Athens freshman team until now.

Burrow is the best pure passer by far in my opinion. But with Hurts' dual threat ability, I think he leads the field right now.Raider6309 wrote: ↑Sun Oct 20, 2019 3:41 pm With Tua being hurt. They aren’t giving it to another Oklahoma player. Plus his stats are more system stats. Burrow is having an all time great season since it’s the SEC

don't forget ohio state's qb Justin fields. he may not be getting the airtime by sportscasters. but he certainly is a head turner, and a legit threat as well. with his arms and his legs. but his biggest attribute is he's a thinker.

Do not forget Oregon's Justin Herbert. 1,822 yards. 21 TD's vs only one interception. QBR of 165.3.
Herbert will not have the media attention as he plays on the left coast, but deserves an invite to the show.

The three front runners are Fields, Burrow and Hurts. I think Tua will be off a little when he comes back.
Whoever wins that LSU vs Bama game may be in the drivers seat.

If Hurts has the better stats they will certainly give it to another OK player.Raider6309 wrote: ↑Sun Oct 20, 2019 4:54 pm They aren’t giving it to another Oklahoma player. Plus his stats are more system stats. Burrow is having an all time great season since it’s the SEC

Hurts stats are no more system than Mayfield or Murray. If those two can win it I see no reason Hurts can’t also.Raider6309 wrote: ↑Sun Oct 20, 2019 4:54 pm They aren’t giving it to another Oklahoma player. Plus his stats are more system stats. Burrow
Hurts
Tua. If he misses time for injury will open the door for
Fields or
Taylor

I agree county. he is putting up miraculous numbers. and the buckeyes are stomping a mudhole in every team they play. and it's impossible to overlook him with the buckeyes being ranked in the top 4. and them playing their games while the majority of America is awake. as opposed to games on the left coast starting at 10pm our time.countywide35 wrote: ↑Mon Oct 21, 2019 12:52 pm hasn't changed much since we first talked about this.....the ones listed are fair to say they are the front runners......im with bait on the Justin fields talks slowly but possible.....the bucks keep winning the way they are he will eventually get a name in there...….lots of football still to be played.....a month from now we will be talking a little more serious.....
