The bracket for D3 men's volleyball was announced last week, and first round play got underway last night. The semifinal will be April 26 followed by the championship game on April 27 at Harwood Arena in Union, New Jersey.

The field and bracket for D1 men's volleyball tournament has been announced. Hawaii and Long Beach State received the top two seeds in the tournament. The opening round match will be hosted by Barton College, as Barton will host Princeton. The winner will advance in the tournament to take on Pepperdine, the opening round game will be Thursday. Second round games will be the 30th, followed by the semifinals on May 2 and the championship on May 4, which will be at the Walter Pyramid in Long Beach, California.

Qualifiers for the field in D1 women's golf have been announced for regional competition. There are 4 regional sites (Auburn, Washington, Michigan State and Oklahoma). The regional tournament will be May 6-8, the top 6 teams and the top 3 individuals will qualify for the national championship tournament. The championship tournament will be May 17-22 at the Blessings Golf Club in Fayetteville, Arkansas which will be hosted by the University of Arkansas. #1 seeds at each regional site are as follows: Duke, USC, Stanford and Texas.

Teams from Ohio that qualified: Ohio State, Kent State and Xavier.

The regional selections for D2 men's golf were announced on Friday. The field will consist of 80 teams and 32 individual qualifiers. The top 3 teams and top 2 individuals from each regional will advance to the national tournament, with at-large qualifiers to be picked from the grand total afterwards. Regional pairings are as follows: Atlantic and East; Central and Midwest; South and Southeast; South Central and West. Regional play will be May 9-11. With national play to be May 20-24 at The Resort at Glade Springs in Daniels, West Virginia.

The bracket for beach volleyball was announced on Sunday. 8 teams were announced for the tournament and were seeded as follows: USC, UCLA, Florida State, Pepperdine, LSU, Cal Poly, Hawaii and Stetson. Defending national champions UCLA received the #2 seed. Meanwhile the only other team to win a national title received the #1 seed (USC).

First round play will be on May 3, and the bracket will be a double elimination format. The championship match will be on May 5. The tournament will take place at the Gulf Shores Public Beach in Gulf Shores, Alabama.

For the second time in program history, SUNY New Paltz has claimed the national title in D3 men's volleyball (the other coming in 2016). They finished the season with a record of 28-7. Their path to the title included:

vs. UC Santa Cruz - W 3-1

The teams and individuals that qualified for the D2 women's golf regional play has been announced. The regionals will be conducted at one of four sites, May 6-8, those sites will be: Central (Muskogee, Oklahoma), East (Owensboro, Kentucky), South (Cleveland, Tennessee) and West (Amarillo, Texas). The top 4 teams and 4 individuals from each regional will advance to the national tournament. Which will be May 14-18 at PGA National Resort and Spa in West Palm Beach, Florida.

The bracket for the women's water polo national championship was announced today. 10 teams qualified for the field, with 2 opening round games taking place that will be on May 7. Quarterfinal action will be May 10, followed by Semifinals on May 11 and the championship game on May 12. USC received the #1 overall seed in the tournament and are the defending national champions. The championships will take place at the Avery Aquatic Center in Stanford, California.

In D1 women's tennis, the championship bracket has been revealed. The field is made up of 64 conference champions and at-large selections. The first and second round matches will be played at one of 16 sites. The first two rounds will take place on either May 3-4 or May 4-5. The winner of each of those regionals will advance to the super regional on May 10 or 11, with the winner of each of those advancing to the national tournament, which will be May 17-19 at the USTA National Campus in Orlando, Florida. Georgia received the #1 overall seed, while defending national champions Stanford received the #3 overall seed.

The winner of each super regional will advance to the national tournament to be played May 16-19 at the USTA National Campus in Orlando, Florida. Ohio State received the #1 overall seed in the tournament, while defending national champions Wake Forest received the #4 overall seed.

The singles and doubles championship will be May 20-25 at the USTA National Campus in Orlando, Florida, following the conclusion of the team championships.

The regional selections for the D1 men's golf championship were announced on Wednesday. The regional tournaments will be played May 13-15. Thirteen teams and 10 individuals not on those teams will compete at each of three regionals while the other three regionals will have 14 teams and five individuals not on those teams. The low five teams and the low individual not on those teams from each regional will advance to the finals. The championships will be May 24-29 at Blessings Golf Club in Fayetteville, Arkansas, hosted by the University of Arkansas.

The six regional locations are as follows: Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; Athens, Georgia; Simpsonville, Kentucky; Stanford, California; Austin, Texas; Pullman, Washington.

Teams from Ohio colleges: Ohio State (Myrtle Beach), Kent State (Pullman), Wright State (Pullman).

Individuals from Ohio colleges: Garrett Wood - Xavier (Simpsonville), Duncan McNeill - Toledo (Simpsonville), Austin Squires - Cincinnati (Stanford).

For the second consecutive year, and the third time in program history, Long Beach State has claimed the national title in D1 men's volleyball, after defeating Hawaii last night 3-1. Their path to the title included:

UCLA has repeated as national champions in Beach Volleyball. There have only been four official championship seasons for the NCAA in beach volleyball, and either USC or UCLA has won every title thus far. The Bruins smashed through their competition this weekend in Gulf Shores, and their path to the title included:

vs. Hawaii - W 3-2
vs. Florida State - W 3-0
vs. LSU - W 3-0
vs. USC - W 3-0

The bracket for D2 women's lacrosse has been announced, and West Chester has received the #1 overall seed. Overall, 16 teams were put into the bracket, with first round play scheduled to play on May 10. Quarterfinals will be May 12. With the semifinals and championship to be played May 17-19 at GVSU Lacrosse Stadium on the campus of Grand Valley State in Allendale, Michigan.

The first and second round games will be played at the #1 seed in each of the regional brackets, making for four different host sites, with the winners of each regional advancing to the championship site. The four host sites are: West Chester, Le Moyne, Regis and Tampa.

In D1 women's lacrosse, the bracket was announced today. The tournament begins with two opening-round games May 7. Eight sites will host first- and second-round competition Friday, May 10, and Sunday, May 12, and four quarterfinal games will be played Saturday, May 18 or Sunday, May 19. These preliminary-round games will be played on the campuses of competing institutions. The winners of the four quarterfinal games will advance to the championship site May 24 for the semifinals, and May 26 for the championship game. The championship will be hosted by Johns Hopkins at Homewood Field in Baltimore, Maryland.

Maryland has received the #1 overall seed in the tournament.

For D3 men's lacrosse, the championship bracket was revealed today. Except for the championship game, all games will be played on the campus of one of the competing teams. First round competition will be held on Tuesday, May 7 with the winners advancing to play in the second round on Wednesday, May 8. The sixteen remaining teams will play in the third round on Saturday, May 11. The quarterfinals will take place on Wednesday, May 15 and the semifinals will be played Sunday, May 19.

The championship game will then be played on May 26 at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Both Denison and John Carroll made the championship field from Ohio.
