Joey Galloway (a former Buckeye) is adamant North Carolina is in if they upset Clemson.One thing that could help the Bucks with this game is NIU was playing their 4th string QB due to injuries.

Hate to say it, but I agree with Galloway. UNC beats Clemson, they are in, and even a one loss Tiger team could be ranked ahead of TOSU in the final poll.
