Texas has been on a roller coaster the last few years. Then add in Harvey in the area. Will take some time to get things turned around consistently. Maryland will win some games this year.

It may take a couple years to get Hermans guy's in his system...bad start for sure, but I still think Texas wins 7-8 games this season.
