Watched this one on ESPN3. Wright State scored three in the seventh and then held on for a nice win against #12 Clemson.JD Orr(Mt Vernon, Ohio,Mt Vernon High ) had three hits to lead the winners and he total 3 RBI to put a stamp on his big opening day.Zach Weatherford (Englewood, OH (Northmont)had two hits, including a big solo homer.Matt Morrow(Richmond, Ind Richmond High) and Gabe Snyder(Millersburg, OH/West Holmes) each had two hits, with Snyder getting one RBI.Jason Foster (1-0)(Grove City, OH (Bishop Ready) picked up the win.Ryan Weiss(South Elgin, IL South Elgin) (1)earned the save.

For Clemson this was their fourth straight opening day loss. Leading the way with three hits was,Grayson Byrd(Milton, Ga.) He also had one RBI.
