As bad as Ohio States loss to Michigan State was it wasn't as bad as Alabama's loss to Ole Miss.
Also, it is convievable for Ohio State to wok their way back into the top 4.

Ohio State beats Michigan and Penn State beats Michigan State.
Ohio State then beats Iowa in the Big Ten Championship.
Ohio State would jump those two to #6.

Stanford beats Notre Dame and Ohio State is #5.
Now Baylor has to lose a game which could very well happen and Ohio State is #4.

Like I said in another thread... If somehow Auburn or Florida can pull off a miracle... The Chances the SEC Makes the playoff is VERY SLIM.

I'm talking about the rankings. Ohio State lost to 10-1 #5 Mich. State on the last play of the game while Bama lost to 3 loss Ole Miss team ranked #18. And it wasn't on the last play of the game. No other SEC team in the top 10 either.

Funny how the season works out as to remaining undefeated teams heading into rivalry week. The CFP committee will possibly have just one undefeated in Clemson in the end, so I guess we will see if strength of schedule really out weighs the eyeball test or reputation. Never say never
but the Bucks will not be playing New Years eve.

The first piece of the puzzle fell into place with Baylor losing. Now Ohio State needs to beat Michigan and Sparty lose to Penn State. Then Stanford beat Notre Dame and Ohio State beat Iowa next week and they're in. An Alabama loss would be awesome, even if all that doesn't play out for the Buckeyes, lol.

NOW, Penn State has to pull off the upset for the third piece of the puzzle.
