CFB BOWL SEASON - Conference Standings going into the National Championship.

Post by Valenth »

Complete Conference Records going into the National Championship Game:

Independents 2 2-0 (1.000)
ACC 11 8–3 (0.727)
Big 12 6 4–2 (0.667)
Sun Belt 6 4–2 (0.667)
Conference USA 7 4–3 (0.571)
Mountain West 7 4–3 (0.571)
SEC 12 6–6 (0.500)
Big Ten 10 3–7 (0.300)
American 7 2–5 (0.286)
MAC 6 0–6 (0.000)

Clemson Vs Alabama.... Will Clemson continue the ACC's impressive Bowl Season or will Alabama get SEC above .500?

Based on how Clemson and Bama looked in their first round games, I would have to give a big edge to Clemson.

Hurt looked very shaky when Washington put pressure on him and I was surprised how Washington played right with Bama up front at the line of scrimmage.

As much as I despise Kiffin, having a new play caller on the sidelines that doesnt have the rapport with a young (18 yr old) QB like Kiffin did could be a very big factor to Hurt's composure.

I like Clemson by 10 in this game.
