Tulsa had 8 wins over teams with losing records. 1 quality win over Memphis. Their schedule was horrible. SJST,Fresno,SMU,Tulane,ECU,UCF,Cincy,and CMU were all Horrid....NCAT was 9-3 but come on now....

I didnt say they were great either. Or quality. Play fast and play pretty good offense,albeit against everyone they played. Truth is squads like Cincy and ECU were down unusually for them. QB did fine and they had 2 pretty good runners. They blew the close game against ohio late in the 1st half in the elements.....They wouldnt win 3 games in any of the Power 5 conferences
