Although the Buckeyes didn't win the national title, they did finish runner-up behind conference rival Penn State. Kyle Snyder earned his second consecutive national title in the 285 pound weight class. He also won Olympic Gold in the event in this past summer's Olympics, becoming the first time someone won the Olympic gold medal then returned to school the next season and won the NCAA title. The Buckeyes had a school record 6 All-Americans in Snyder (1st place, 285lbs), Bo Jordan (2nd, 174lbs), Nathan Tomasello (3rd place, 133lbs), Kollin Moore (3rd place, 197lbs), Micah Jordan (4th, 149lbs) and Myles Martin (5th place, 184lbs).
