Although the OSU women's soccer team didn't win the Big Ten tournament, they still had a very good season to qualify for the NCAA tournament and have a home game. They had their first round game tonight at Jesse Owens Memorial against a very good Butler team.

In the 2nd round of the NCAA women's soccer tournament, the Buckeyes came out and shutout #16 Virginia Tech.

Virginia Tech - 0
That moves the Buckeyes into the round of the Sweet 16 to face a very good Penn State team on Sunday at 1pm for an All Big 10 showdown.

After upsetting Virginia Tech in the 2nd round of the NCAA tournament on Friday, the Lady Buckeyes took on Penn State in an all Big Ten showdown in the Sweet 16 Sunday. It was a rematch of a 10/24 game in which Penn State downed OSU 2-1. This rematch had a different score but the same outcome.

It was a great season for the Buckeyes in which they only graduate three seniors this year.
