The Brahmas (2-0) were down 16-0 entering the fourth quarter, but they used a 20-3 run in the final frame to shock the Showboats (1-1). Chase Garbers (Cal) had three touchdown passes, 29-40, 287 yards, with one pick. Marquez Stevenson (Houston) had 6 catches, 103 yards, and a touchdown. Cody Latimer (Indiana) had 8 catches, 91 yards, and a touchdown. Jontre Kirklin (LSU) had 7 catches, 53 yards, and a touchdown. Leading the winners defense was, Jordan Mosley (Maryland) with 10 tackles. For Memphis, Matt Coghlin (Michigan State) who is from Cincinnati had four field goals. Case Cookus (Northern Arizona) threw for 194 yards and a touchdown. He also rushed for 58 yards.
