Cleveland(2-2) scored four times in the eights, two on walks, one on an error and another on a RBI single by Max Moroff to defeat the White Sox (1-3) by the score of 5-3. The game was scoreless until the sixth, when Carlos Santana singled in a run. Santana has been red hot to star the season (.462) with 4 RBI.
The White Sox scored three times in the top of the eight against three Indian relief pitchers. Yoán Moncada double in a run to tie things up at one.
Ryan Cordel homers, a two run shot to make it a 3-1 game. Brad Hand walked two in the ninth but settled down to earn his second save of the season. Jon Edwards (2-0) got the win. Dylan Covey (L, 0-1) took the loss.
