Arizona (2-0) comes back from trailing 12-0 at the half to post a two point win over Memphis ( 0-2). This was the first road win, for any team in the league )5 games into the season.) Zac Stacy (Vanderbilt) scored on a nine yard run and John Jasper (Louisiana State) connected on a 38 and a 39 yard field goal, to give Memphis the 12-0 lead, as the teams headed into the lockers rooms.

Arizona finally got on the scoreboard with 1:06 remaining in the third quarter on a 16-yard pass from quarterback John Wolford (Wake Forest) to wide receiver Rashad Ross (Arizona State).

The home team answered the Ross touchdown 2:26 later on a 4-yard run by quarterback Christian Hackenberg(Penn State) to take an 18-6 lead. There would be no more scoring for the home after that as QB Hackenberg continued struggling throwing the ball. He went 14-25 for 102 yards, with most completions being on shorter passes.

Justin Stockton (Texas Tech) broke lose for a 45 yard score, then the two point conversion was successful, on a Wolford run, to make this a 18-14 game. Woodford hit Tim Cook (Oregon State) from four yards out, for the winning points.

Memphis
Thoughts- Stacy was very good in this one 102 yards rushing.
Arizona- Stevie Johnson (Kansas had six more tackles and I think he has to be opening some NFL teams eyes.
