I will post on game I listen to or watch

Columbus Clippers(Cleveland) At Louisville Bats(Cincinnati)
Mike Clevinger (Columbus) Sal Romano (Louisville)

Erik Gonzalez gets an infield single to kick off the top of the third for Columbus
Back to back wild pitches by Sal Romano puts Gonzalez on third
Chris Colabello lines a single to left and this is a 1-0 game.

Bottom of the fourth and Sebastian Elizalde homers (1). He is making his first appearance at the triple A level. Game is tied at one.

Top of the sixth and Bradley Zimmer triples and comes around to score on a Richie Shaffer double. 2-1 Columbus.


Bottom of the ninth
Juan Perez singles to start things out for the bats.
Beau Amaral singles Perez goes to third.
Juan Perez scores on a balk. Beau Amaral awarded 2nd.
2-2 after nine.

Top of 13.
Nellie Rodriguez homers (1) and this turns out to be the game winner.

Wisconsin Timber Rattlers 0-1(Brewers) at Quad Cities River Bandits 1-0(Houston)

Trey Supak (Wis)0-0 vs Carson LaRue (Quad City)0-0

Supak perfect through five. He is 5-9 lifetime, he was drafted back in 2014.
He goes 5 1/3 of an inning and gave up one hit.

Game is scoreless heading into the eighth.

Monte Harrison homers (1) to left to put up Wisconsin after 7 1/2 innings.

That would be the only run in the game.

Final Wisconsin 1-0.

1-1 Columbus Clippers(Cleveland) At 1-1 Louisville Bats(Cincinnati)
Adam Plutko(Columbus) vs Jackson Stephens(Louisville)

This turned out to be another close game, with the teams combining for 17 runs.

Game was tied at zero interring the third and that's when the teams combined to score seven runs. Columbus 4 and the Bats 3.

The scores was 8-4 after six innings, with Columbus leading.
The game moved to the ninth with things locked up at eight.

In the ninth neither team could scored, s the game moved to inning ten.
In the tenth the Clippers scored a single run, when Erik Gonzalez singled home Richie Shaffer.

Final-Columbus 9 Louisville 8

Standouts for Columbus was,Lonnie Chisenhall 4-4,Chris Colabello 3-6,Giovanny Urshela 4 RBI,Ronny Rodriguez 2 hits with one being a home run,Bradley Zimmer 2 hits and 2 RBI.

Nick Goody (W, 1-0) earned the win. He went 1 1/3 scoreless innings, with two strikeouts.

Joseph Colon (S, 1) posted the save with one scoreless innings.

Standouts for the Bats,Rob Brantly 3 hits 1 home run, 4 RBI,Jesse Winker 2 hits 1 RBI and Sebastian Elizalde 2 hits 1 RBI.

Picking up the loss was,Evan Mitchell (L, 0-1).

Columbus pitchers had 7 walks and 8 strikeouts.
Louisville pitching had 3 walks and 9 strikeouts.

Top of the third and the game is scoreless.
Drew Weeks hit by pitch with one out.
Ryan McMahon doubles (2) to put runners on 2nd and third, with just one out.
Josh Fuentes strikes out swinging. Wild pitch by pitcher Cory Taylor. Drew Weeks scores. Ryan McMahon to 3rd. Josh Fuentes to 1st and this is a 1-0 game.

Collin Ferguson triples.Omar Carrizales singles to drive in his third run of the game and makes it a 6-1 game.

Omar Carrizales(Central Tacarigua, Venezuela) is on for Richmond in the 8th. He is healthy and a player the Giants are watching pretty hard. Had mid 90's fastball and a slider that is getting better and better.


Bottom of the 8th
Troy Neiman (Chico State, CA) is on to make is first career appearance at the double -A level for Hartford.

Carlos Garcia singles on a liner off of the pitchers glove.
Ryan Lollis doubles (1)to put runners on 2nd and 3rd.

Ryan McMahon goes yard to make this a 7-3 game. This is his third extra base hit of the game. This was his first long ball of the season.

James Farris(Arizona) comes in to throw the ninth for the Yard Goats and he sends the Richmond hitters down in order.

Bottom of the eighth with two on Francisco(HITTING MACHINE) Mejia doubles to lock this one up at two.Mike Papi gives Akron the lead, with a RBI infield single. 3-2 Akron still hitting in the eighth.

Jorge Saez opens the ninth for Trenton, with a double to the left field wall. He takes third on a single by Thairo Estrada. The Dodgers only scored in two different innings but that was enough because they did not allow any run to be scored against them.

Game was locked up at zero after 5 1/2 that was when,Jorma Rodriguez single to get things started for Lake County. Rodriguez though was thrown out trying to swipe 2nd.
Li-Jen Chu walked and then went to third on a wild pitch.He scored on a Logan Ice single to make this a 1-0 game, after six innings of play.

The Bulls had little trouble disposing of the Bats in this one.

Willie Adams went 3-5 with two doubles and he scored two runs and had 3 RBI
Jake Bauers went 2-4.
Patrick Leonard drove in two runs for the winners.

For the Bats Juan Perez had two hits and 1 RBI.
Seth Mejias-Brean also had two hits.
Tyler Goeddel had 1 RBI.

Akron was able to keep things going in a positive way, with a 5-2 win against the Rumble Ponies tonight. The win runs the win streak to a season high five games.

Akron
Francisco Mejia hit in his 13th straight game. He had two hits on the night.
Dorssys Paulino had two hits and A RBI.
Eric Stamets went 0-3 but did have 2RBI. He is trying to recover from his demotion from triple A, where he struggled big time.
Greg Allen had 2 hits, A RBI and he was able to swipe two more bases, making him 8 for 8 so far this season.

LCF,

Thank you for your running minor league thread. The minors, especially the low minors, still retain some of the "boys of summer" innocence that the majors lost long ago. Watching the Greenville Drive at wonderful Fluor Field is like stepping momentarily back to the 1950's for me.

Clippers(9-13) exploded for five first inning runs and never looked back as they won the night cap, of the double header over the Knights(10-11).

In the first inning the Clippers got a single from Yandy Diaz with one out.
Richie Shaffer homers (5) to make it a 2-0 game.
Erik Gonzalez singled after the Shaffer blast.
Ronny Rodriguez singled to out runners on the corners.
Chris Colabello homered (3)to make it a 5-0 game.

Charlotte Top of the 4th
Adam Engel triples (1) and scored on a Jason Bourgeois sac fly.

Columbus Bottom of the 4th
Brady Zimmer homered(3) and it was a 6-1 game.

Columbus bottom of the fifth
Erik Gonzalez homered (4) and this became a 7-1 game.

Clearwater Threshers(Phillies) 16-7 at St. Lucie Mets(Mets) 9-14

The little Mets took this one 6-5.
Trailing 3-2 after six, the Little Mets scored 2 in the seventh and two in the eighth and then held on to post the one run win.

For the Mets
Brandon Nimmo hit his first bomb of the season as did Wilmer Flores. Nimmo had two hits and one RBI. Flores had three hits and two RBI.

Jhoan Urena and Anthony Dimino had three hits each.



Clearwater
Drew Stankiewicz blasted his first home run and totaled three hits.



Wilson Garcia also went deep for the first time this season and he too totaled three hits.



Johnny Magliozzi 3-1 picked up the win but blew his third save of the season.



Jeff Singer 1-1 took the loss.

Dayton Dragons(Reds) 17-10 At Wisconsin Timber Rattlers(Brewers) 12-12

I was able to watch this one on Spectrum Sports Channel out of Wisconsin.

Dayton got three in the third, three in the sixth and one in the eighth to post the 7-0 win.

The Dragons pitchers gave up just four hits.
Wennington Romero (W, 3-0) went six and gave up three hits
Andy Cox (S, 1) went three to post the save, while giving up one hit.

John Sansone had 2 hits both doubles and drove in two.
Michael Beltre drove in two.
Tyler Stephenson and Luis Gonzalez each drove in one.

Nattino Diplan (L, 1-2) last only 4 2/3 of an inning and gave up seven hits and five earned runs.

Trenton Thunder(Yankees) 18-10 Akron RubberDucks(Indians) 11-16

Akron had a 2-0 lead after five.
Dorssys Paulino hit into a double play in the 2nd and the first run scored for the RubberDucks.
Joe Sever homers (1) a solo shot to give Akron a 2-0 game.

In the eighth Trenton scored three runs to take the lead at 3-2.
Zack Zehner triples (3) to drive in two and then Billy McKinney doubled (4) in the third run.

In the bottom of the eighth Akron got a two run bomb from,Bobby Bradley homers (6) to account for the games final runs and give Akron the 4-3 win.

What a game.
It was tied at three after ten innings of play, then the two teams combined for a sixteen run eleventh inning.

The Bulls led 2-0 after four.
Johnny Field homered (3) in the first to make it 1-0.
Johnny Field doubled (2) in the third to make it 2-0.

The Clippers got a three run bomb from Richie Shaffer homers (8) to give the Clippers a 3-2 lead after four and one half innings of play.

The Bulls tied it in the bottom of the sixth on a Shane Peterson RBI sing.

Neither team scored until the eleventh.
Columbus scoring.
Erik Gonzalez triples (3) in two.
Daniel Robertson singled in one.
Bradley Zimmer singled in one.
Ronny Rodriguez walked to drive in one.

Columbus Clippers(Indians) 5 Gwinnett Braves(Atlanta) 2

Columbus was able to take this one on the road,with some soundly hitting a good pitching.

The Braves opened up the scoring in the very first inning.
Ozzie Albies single to get things moving.
Albies steals (10) 2nd base.
Mel Rojas got the RBI on a sac fly.

The Clippers locked it up in the top of the 2nd, on a Erik Kratz homer (5).

Columbus scored two in their half of the fifth.
Bradley Zimmer homers (5)a two run shot, to make this a 3-1 Columbus lead.

The Braves made it 3-2 with the run scoring on a,Anthony Recker homer (2)in the bottom of the fifth.

The final two runs in this contest came from Columbus, in the sixth inning.
Erik Kratz triples (1) the first run in. The veteran catcher had a nice game with the stick. Kratz scored on a wild pitch, to complete the scoring.

Florence Freedom (1-0-0) At Gateway Grizzlies (0-1-0)

Florence took a 1-0 lead in the first on a single by Andre Mercurio(San Jose St University)

Gateway tied it in the third on a sac fly by, Cody Livesay(Anna-Jonesboro High School) He was originally drafted by the Braves out of Anna-Jonesboro High School in the 42nd round of the 2011 MLB Draft.

Florence retook the lead in the fifth on a single by Mercurio,

Florence tacked on another run in the sixth, to up the lead to 3-1. The run scored on a home run by Jordan Brower( Azusa Pacific University)

Lake Erie Crushers 1-1 at Joliet Slammers 1-1

The Crushers get on the scoreboard first on a two run bomb by Sean Hurley (Central Arizona College) in the bottom of the 2nd.Parker Norris(Ouachita Baptist University) makes it 3-0 with a two out RBI single.

Sean Hurley made it 6-0 with a three run bomb in the bottom of the third. This was his 2nd bomb of the game and his 2nd bomb of the young season.

With 2 on and one out Alexander Rodriguez(: Methodist University)doubles to left scoring one on the play, to make this a 6-1 game in the seventh.

With two on and one out in the eighth Edwin Gomez(Detroit Tiger Draft pick in 2009) gets a base hit and scores one to make it 6-2. Then Melvin Rodriguez(Jackson State University) makes it a 6-3 game with a RBI single.

6-3 Lake Erie with the win.

El Paso fell behind 2-0 after 1 1/2 innings of play, then exploded to score the next ten run. They would give up three more runs before winning 10-5.

El Paso Chihuahuas hot bombs from Jabari Blash, Carlos A. Asuaje and Christian Villanueva.The trio combined for seven RBI.

Diego Goris had 2 RBI. The final RBI came from Rocky Gale.

Colorado Springs
Kyle Wren and Yadiel Rivera had homers.
The pair combined for 4 RBI.
The final RBI came from Ryan Cordell.

Game two of the double header was much like the first.
The Indians(18-18) scored 9 runs, had 11 hits in the 7 inning game.
Jason Rogers had 3 RBI.
Phil Gosselin had 2 RBI

Columbus(17-21) once again had no pitching and less hitting.
