Dusty Baker
I know i'm out of season here but watch Dusty Baker who was signed by the Washington Nationals to manage, build a team and make the playoffs in a year or two.

They've got a good team so he's got a good start. If it's anything like his past they'll make playoffs but not be able to win the series.
