Off-Season Coaching Changes

Post by BigChuck »

With the coming end of the season for most teams, what are some of the coaching changes coming in South East Ohio High School Football during the off season?

I don't care where they get the new coach as long as he is the right coach.

The Bucks don't just need a head coach, they also need a solid unified coaching staff who gets along and are on the same page.

Will the interim not be considered for the job...or does he even want it?

I'll take that one step further...I feel a high school head coach should be or have an appointed designee running things even at the peewee level....it should be his program from top to bottom...

I don't see it happening....they will win the OVC first year in the league. Finish with a winning record. Still have a chance of making Playoffs after 0-4 start, they simply had a schedule they could not manage in the beginning of the season, just too ambitious....

Need to get a DC at NY. A once feared defense couldn't stop a bad JV team at this point.

At Nelsonville they need to bring in a coach from out of the area, a strict disciplinary and 1-3 years of head coaching exp.

So two years they average less than 20 and 2 years they average almost 30. You average almost 30 points a game you should win a lot of games. The offense isn't the problem. It's a lot of stuff that is the problem the offense and defense aren't the problem at Ironton.

I agree on some of this but Ironton schedule the last 6 games was not good The special teams the last 2 years have been flat out bad The coaching staff needs to wake up and get the family out

Why would Miller want a new coach? they just posted a winning record?
I would like to make it clear that I have no problem with the current coaches, just heard he may be wanting to step away after this year.
