So the hocking is at 7 teams. RV is obviously not competing in the Ohio in any sport. Let’s bump them down to the hocking to even things out. 8 and 6. It makes complete sense there’s no doubt that this should be done. It would help the Hocking out tremendously and the Ohio can go out and find another team (oak hill etc)

I don’t see the Ohio wanting anything to do with Trimble.

Nelsonville York and Vinton County both play Trimble next season. I’d like to see the Tomcats in the Ohio Division now that their football facility has been updated.

I don’t think the TVC Ohio would have a problem with Trimble joining. As stated above Ny plays them every year and they play VC next year. The only team that wouldn’t like it, is probably Athens, assuming Trimble drops back to D7, that wouldn’t really be to appealing for Athens. I would imagine Trimble is happy where they are though.

With both Miller & wahama leaving, RV to the Hocking makes perfect sense.

I agree, and it would also make the Ohio even again.

Trimble to Ohio makes perfect sense. I'm tired of watching them destroy teams 80-0 every week in the hocking.
Trimble would be a perfect fit in the Ohio and balance it out.

That’s why Athens needs to find a new home!

What's the facility have to do with anything? Football is football no matter where it's played. Stupid statement

Didn't Waterford just win back-to-back league titles?

And Athens didn't look like the so called "DOMINATE" Ohio team last night. In fact, NY has taken THREE of the last FOUR games from Athens.

The Bulldogs have just ONE outright league championship since Burrow graduated in 2013 season ... ONE!

Trimble will be lucky to win the hocking next year just sayin river valley won’t compete in the hocking no more than than they do the Ohio right now.

People have said this about Trimble year in and year out, for as long as I've been browsing this forum. (7 years, come to think of it.)

Anyone care to guess Trimble's number of league titles in football since 2012? Aaaaaaaanyone?

Trimble will do just fine.

Definitely not a stupid statement. Media setting in the bleachers, one side seating, 200 seats for fans, no bathrooms, I could go on and on. So as a fan/media, yea, it’s definitely not a stupid statement.

Trimble could have had lots of success in the TVC Ohio the past 20 years. But I wonder if it’s getting close to the point that Trimble could find success in the TVC Ohio? I hear that that the class sizes in the younger grades are much smaller and that has lead to a drop off in the number of boys playing football in the younger grades. Is this true? If it is, it wouldn’t be practical for Trimble to be in the Ohio in the not too distant future.
