Martins Ferry 27-13 Wheeling Central Catholic

Post by carbon_dated »

Purple Riders play very well at home. Gave unbeaten Linsly (a 14-13 loss) its best test this season.
Wheeling Central coming off absoulute beatdown at Fort Frye. Still think it's close one.

Thought WCC canceled the rest of the season After Fort Frye beat them for the belt a few weeks ago.

I’m just messing rooting for the Maroon Knights.

Met a Wheeling Central HOF football player from year's past the other day. Said he never say a WCC team take a hammerin' like it did against the Cadets. I wish FF games were available online like some other OVAC schools.

Hate to make every thread about Fort lol but first play of the game offensively WCC ran with all state Nate Murray up the middle Dylan Hart blew him up from then I knew it was over. Fort was just stronger.

I need WCC to get us some points tonight.

LOL. I would've liked to have seen that play EDSpy. OK, on my way to see the Shamrocks and Seminoles.

WCC C.McGhee is having a rough Sr year. I don’t see a 3 peat coming.

According to his coach he's going to out a while after injuring his knee making a tackle.
So in my book he's out rest of regular season for sure.

If McGee is heathy weeks 12-15 Wheeling Central will win WV Class A
even if they lose to St Clairsville and finish at 6-4

Gotta love seeing MF get another win over a WVA school.
