Paint Valley really needs this game. But I think Unioto may be to much for them. Go Cats!!!

This one could be a toss up game, given I have no idea which Unioto team is going to show up. Just going off of scores and listening to a game here and there Unioto has put 1 full game together and that was against Waverly, now I know Shanks was out but still that was probably the closest to full 4 quarters they've played all year. Against the Aces they put together 3 really nice quarters and found themselves down 3 and then just fell apart in the 4th. For PV this will be the first TRUE test since losing their QB for the year. Can PV win the LOS to be able to run the ball all night?? Can Unioto pass the ball to exploit what I've seen as a weakness in the secondary for PV?? Both teams have played quality opponents going into this one, I'm going to go with Unioto at home, they played tough with the Aces for 3 quarters and handed it to waverly convincingly. Going with Unioto by 1 score, I think they'll keep the running game of PV in check, not stop it but just enough to win the game and force PV QB into a crucial turnover late in the game.

Could very well be a slugfest, probably a game well worth going to. Team that has the least amount of mistakes and turnovers, will probably come out the winner.

It should be a really close game.

Not sure what to expect out of PV's offense, but I suspect they'll be too one dimensional and their defense is suspect. I'm taking Unioto by a touchdown.

This should be an old fashioned ground and pound slug fest. If 85 plays are ran in this one 80 might be runs

I thought Unioto passed some, maybe not. If PV still had Newland I would like our chances but since we don't its probably gonna come down to who has the least turnovers.

They do, but got pass happy against Adena, and put them behind the 8 ball in that game. With Carroll, Little, and Scaggs...they should be pounding the ball.

Agreed. We have a decent passing game and we’ve shown it when we have to. I’d personally like to see little and Carrol combine for 30+ runs and little 10-12 tosses just to keep them on their heels a bit. I’m sure that’s the game plan most weeks but it’s not gonna always work out that way.

I don't know who the new qb is for Paint Valley I heard he was a freshman but from what I seen last Friday he can throw the ball if needed. Paint valley is definitely not even close to where they were with the loss of arguably the best passing qb in the SVC. But Unioto better not sleep on the pass.

I don't get some of the opinions on this game, but that's okay. I'm going with PV.

I think U is healthy with their top players good to go and PV is without one of their top players and he’s the senior QB.

PV is well coached and very good still.

I’ve been wrong before.

We lost a good man in the Adena game. Arguably the best defender in our league
