Power came on later that evening.

I believe the game was not played saturday because of homecoming.

Should have been played saturday morning tho imo.
The real bummer is they were planning to honor the ‘69 Falcons team that won the MSL outright, at halftime.

I seriously doubt this will bother there film watching. I am sure everyone uses huddle now. And I am pretty sure . There is very little watching of entire game films as teams anymore.

Right. I understand the playoff implications for both teams are big in next week’s game, but you can’t be looking past a game you haven’t played yet.

In order to get proper info out there instead of the guesses on here......the electric all around the area went out due to a farmer taking out some power lines late Friday afternoon. It could not be played Saturday due to several other scheduled events for both schools. Monday night was the best possible option. Simple as that.

Still can’t believe Fairfield Union rescheduled this game for Monday night instead of playing it on Saturday morning or even Sunday morning

It really shouldn’t matter “what about film?!?”. Both programs are having nightmare seasons.

I may be there. Keep your eyes peeled for someone in a white CU-Boulder sweatshirt.

If the LE team that beat ZT shows up tonight it’ll be over quick but if the LE that has lost 5 in a row then FU will win

Yup.

14-0 LE

6:30 2Q

FU with a big 40 yard strike but it’s coughed up on the LE 15. LE recovers.

Home stand looks like it’s at 1/5 capacity. LE has more here I think.

FU earlier had 4th and 2 from the LE 31 but failed to get the play off. 4th and 7 was a screen, didn’t get it.

FU converts 4th and 1 in LE territory, throws a pick next play. Way too much air on it.

14-0 at half, LE.

Didn’t see the first score but LE’s second was a torch down the sideline. FU has had their chances, and their front 7 is playing fundamentally sound. FU just has no size and very little talent in past Nate Schmelzer, IMO. A little speed but basically nothing else. Absolutely the right concepts IMO on offense but they are misfiring and have the turnover flu.
