Agree. I tend to believe PV will take the league this year, but between PV, Adena, SE, and Unioto, any of those teams could beat the other on any given night.

PV has really played a good non conference schedule to prepare them for SVC play, Adena looked good against WCH but had 2 weeks to prepare. Going to be a good game but taking PV by a score maybe 2.

Sykes will have to be on point with his throws. Even though he had a good game against WCH, he missed some throws. No margin for error this week.

This is a tough week 1 game for both teams. Huge playoff and league implications right off the rip. Pretty excited for this game. I’ll be at Unioto as we host Piketon but I’ll probably have the iHeartRadio app open to this one listening in.

Adena is 3-0 not 2-0, Elgin didn't want any part of them so they forfeited the game saying they didn't have enough players. The next week they all of a sudden had enough to play a game. This game Friday should be very close, I think the team with the fewest turnovers wins.

Was very risky scheduling that Newark Catholic game, but it worked out for them. A little surprised they took that chance, but you have to commend them for scheduling good teams.

PV won on the scoreboard, but Newland was taken off on a stretcher. Hopefully I'm wrong, but it didn't look like nor did Hollon sound like he will be back this year. Cockrell threw 2 passes after that. 1 was a pick, and the 2nd one should've been another pick as it hit Sykes right in the hands. They're going to be very one dimensional now.

Adena had their chances. Sykes was way off tonight, missing several wide open receivers or not putting the ball in a spot for his receivers to make plays. Adena now basically has a must win against Unioto in the Village next Friday night.

Wow very unfortunate for Newland. What does that make paint Valley look like now the rest of the way if he doesn’t play? Unioto or Southeastern able to make a run at league title?
