This probably means ticket prices will go up for tournament games to cover the cost of the OHSAA attorney.

Membership to the OHSAA is voluntary and schools are not required to be in the OHSAA. The Bylaws are voted on by the schools. I am not a fan of some the things the OHSAA does however if you do not like the rules then do not join the OHSAA. This is a few schools that do not like the rules so they take the OHSAA to court. All the unhappy schools have to do is drop out of the OHSAA, form their own association and set up their own rules.
