Who?
Mcroberts he coached under brisker at minford and called the offense and developed the weight program under Daniels. What experience does Crabtree have with Highschool football
Honestly not for sure what all experience he has but doesn't he have a boy who will be a senior?? He's responsible for going over to Western and helping start that program up and then leaving it and heading back to Northwest. So who knows but I wouldn't be shocked at all if this was the pick.

Crabtree will do a good job, Northwest is going to have to buckle down and give a guy 4-5 years, there’s no magic button.

Let’s see if a Northwest guy can find a way to win at.... Northwest. Good Luck to Crabtree.

They missed the boat when they didnt hire McRoberts. This is why Northwest is a dumpster fire and always will be.

Lets hire the teacher for the sake of him being a teacher. Who cares about if he can coach (which is the job at hand).

Northwest will continue to struggle.

If so great, why is he not on the Minford staff?

Pretty sure he’s a “steroid era” Minford guy

Different offensive philosophy than Ruby. McRoberts would have ran the wing-t. Not sure on where the steroid comment came from. Good luck to Crabtree though. Can’t wait to see the complex when finished

Glad to see Coach Crabtree and Coach Vastine having 3 sessions in the weight room in the evenings so the track and baseball kids are able to lift.

Minford had a reputation for awhile. Not saying Northwest didn’t have a handful of kids but the school got rid of the influencer.

Good Luck to the coaches!! Good Luck to all the kids this coming year!!! Not sure what slandering the use of steroids has to do with this thread, but neither schools has really had any seasons or athletes that stand out to that degree. No need to say these negative things about each school. Both schools are trying to build or re-re-build programs, so why slander them. Keep up the good work kids, and coaches. Remember those criticizing or talking like this on discussion boards typically do not know what they are talking about to begin with.

Yep, knowing coaches and kids from both district's it is definitely fake information. Love how people go to that word when some kids excel by doing all the correct things, and have proper coaching. Wonder who Coach Crabtree will have as assistants? Change of lineup happening? Good luck to both districts this coming year.
