I don't know much about Portsmouth's team this year! But, I do know that the Blue Devils are on a higher level than they have been in the past few years! I'll take the Blue Devils moving on to 2-0 in league play!

Think this is a pretty even game. Think we will see something similar to this past week. Portsmouth always has athletic kids and make big plays. Blue Devils will need to mistakes to a minimum and capitalize on Portsmouth mistakes.

Even when blue Devils have been good in last 10 years this is kind of game that gets them in trouble. Coming off a big win with a opponent sort of having some unknowns with injuries. They sometimes come up flat here in the past.

Would like to see defense continue to improve still have opposing teams in a lot of 3rd and longs and defense not getting off the field. Secondly continue to open up offense and spread the touches around a little more. Like to see 10, 13, and 6 get a couple of more touches a game.

Just need to keep improving every week and the big picture will take care of itself.

Gallia if Parker doesn't play, Portsmouth if he does. He's the difference maker portsmouth needs to compete for the conference.

I agree they Parker is the difference maker. That kid is phenomenal. Anyways, this should be a fairly close game. Not going to pick anybody. Just glad to see GA making progress. Also, it's like every year Ptowns startpkayers get hurt early in the season. Idk why, but every year it happens. I wish it weren't the case. Best of luck to both squads. Stay healthy.

Portsmouth by 3 touchdowns. They finally went back to running behind that line. That opens things up for Kelly and if Talyn is back we might put up 40

GA has another great game plan and wins 34-28. Gallia Academy and their staff will have this program a force to be reckoned with in less time than what most people think.

I think this game comes down to IF Talyn Parker is healthy. If he plays, it doesn't mean he is healthy. If he is 100% Portsmouth has to be the favorite. If he isn't the GA will win this game. Now, in saying this, Mr. Parker isn't the only good player that Portsmouth has. They have quite a few. He just adds another dimension to Portsmouth that you have to prepare for. Plus, that dimension he adds happens to be pretty darn good.
