Would you like for me to have the crow soup pre ordered for you, or you want to call it in at half time?
I'm no fan of crow soup, but I could sure tear up some Buckeyes
Eat all you want. They're good for you. Just pick a few or ten off the nearest buckeye tree and enjoy. I'll have some ready for you if you'd rather have those in your soup.

They have perfected the recipe from what I have heard.
That's funny. Waverly wins this one.

Anyways, Good Luck to your Buckeyes (But I'm sure you won't need it :) ). I know me and the rest of the Tiger faithful are looking forward to making the trip over to see this one.

Athens may question that statement. But to each his own.

I don't expect more than a 3 point spread in this one.

This is a good matchup... the speed is great on both sides! WAVERLY will have trouble throwing against NY defense because the speed matches up. WAVERLY is iffy on the defensive side as well. RB for WAVERLY canbflat out run! Haven't had a chance to see the Buckeyes this year. Do they have both RBs back from last year?

Nelsonvilles o and d line look rather small. They will have to get pressure on Waverly's QB, I don't see that happening. I think Waverly will own the LOS.

Yes, both our lines are undersized but they are quick to the ball. Donavon McCollaster
(Number 70) will reek havoc on Waverlys Oline.Colt Yinger (number 15) plays sideline to sideline from his linebacker position. Colten Snyder (48), while just a freshman is a flat out football player. He will be hard to block.
Brady Jones (7) is quick and strong and has a nose for the ball.
Our DB's do a good job in coverage so that will help our Dline get to the QB.

Nice run down. Just curious how that will play out.

For me, it's the penalties that I worry about. We can't afford to put ourselves into long down and distance situations because of holds and other stupid penalties.
Both teams can move the ball. Both teams play pretty good defense.
I think this game comes down to blocking and tackling, and special teams.
Whoever can win those 3 phases will win this game.
I think both teams can survive a turnover or 2.

If it's a tight game 1 turnover can be a heart breaker.
