A great first half, followed by a nightmare second. Score 14-7 at the half. Couldn't get players on field for some reason played with ten many times. had big guys trying to guard wide receivers, not good. Moved ball well most of game, gave up big returns on special teams, etc. On the up side Junior Tristan Duffey stepped in as running back and Landon Wigal for the injured(out for season Cole Riffle), throw in Schafer in back field as well, all played well, gaining yards and making plays on both sides of the ball. Qb still a shakey spot, hope this gets figured out. A tough Point Pleasant coming to town next friday.
HAve to give credit to Marietta, they capitolized on each and every mistake and took command in second half.
