Pa trojan: only for-sure offer I've seen so far for Parker is from Toledo. But a whole bunch of other D1 schools interested, including Ohio State.*

Not a southeast OH technically but literally right across the river from Portsmouth is the QB at Greenup County. He is an absolute stud, committed to Marshall and plenty more offers coming his way.

I believe Waverly's QB Hayd'n Shanks has the chance to go D1 if he continues to develop. With only one season as a starter under his belt and still two more to go, he has the opportunity to make some noise. He already has a very nice arm and as he continues to grow mentally he could develop into a very very good QB. Only time will tell tho.
