USING ROSTERS FROM MAXPREPS AND HUDL

Last night I made the two hour drive to West Alexandria to watch the Thursday night matchup, between Tri Village and Twin Valley South. Both teams entered this one with 3-3 records, so as one who expect this was set to be a very close contest.
Just a little over two minutes into this one Austin Bruner of Tri-Village was stopped by the trio of,Chandler Napier,Chase Denlinger and Christian Loveless for a two yard gain to bring up a fourth and five. On the punt Layne Sarver seem to hesitate just long enough to be tackled by #53(NOT ON EITHER ROSTER I HAVE) for a short loss and force a turnover on downs, with 9:16 left in the first.
Twin Valley South would run ten plays on their first drive, with play number ten being a run on fourth down by Cade Cottingim that was stuffed by Dylan Finkbine and Gavin Lochard, with 4:57 left in the quarter.
Layne Sarver would connect with Derek Eyer, who made a juggling catch on his way to a twenty four yard catch,to give the Patriots a big first down, at the 2:54 mark. Facing a fourth and eight, with 1:19 left on the clock Tri-Village decided to go for it and the call was a pass to #11(NOT ON THE ROSTER)who was wide opened but failed to catch the ball, so it was another turnover on downs.
Seven seconds later Cottingim threw a poorly thrown pass that was picked off by Tri-Village's Layne Sarver.
Sarver, who plays both ways looked much better on defense than he did on offense last night.
The quarter ended with Bruner being taken down for a five yard loss by #55(NOT ON THE ROSTER) and Dillon Howard.

At the 8:23 mark of the 2nd quarter #5 (NOT ON THE ROSTER) took off on a forty one yard run, but a play later Cottingim was picked off again by Sarver, killing the momentum the big run had given his team.
Sarver would fumble the ball, then pick it up,look downfield and find Derek Eyer, for a twenty four yard gain to give the Patriots a big first down. With 6:57 left in the half Austin Bruner sprinted for a thirty four yard gain and another Tri Village first down. The twelve play,82 yard drive came to a close, on a two yard touchdown run from Bruner. After a two point point conversion pass , we had an 8-0 Tri Village lead.with 4:20 left in the half.
Twin Valley South would get a eighteen yard run from #5(NOT ON THE ROSTER), to get things moving.
What looked to be a long completion by #1(NOT ON THE ROSTER) went for not as the ball was knocked loose on a vicious hit from #8 Chandler Napier, with 2:24 left.
The South drive slowly take the ball to the two yard line, where #5(NOT ON THE ROSTER) would score to make this an 8-6 game. A two point conversion run was converted by #5(NOT ON THE ROSTER)to lock this one up at eight, with 1:26 remaining in the half.
Zacharie Dowler would get a forty two yard catch for Tri Village before the half came to a close.
Both teams seem to hurt themselves at critical moments in the half, which is a big reason the teams headed to the locker rooms all tied at eight.

Cottingim of South was sacked by #33(NOT ON THE ROSTER) to bring up a fourth and ten, with 8:21 left in the third. On fourth down #33(NOT ON THE ROSTER) would stop Isaac Clark well short of the first down, giving the ball back to Tri-Village, with 8:13 left.
A bobbled pass by Tri Village's Bruner was intercepted by Cottingim with 7:36 left in the third.
Twin Valley South worked the ball all the way down to the Tri-Village two yard line and from there Clark pushed his way into the end zone. The point after kick from #77(NOT ON THE ROSTER0 was wide right by twenty five feet, keeping this a 14-8 Twin Valley South lead, with 5:26 showing on the clock.
Gabe Worley would recover a Tri-Village fumble twenty two seconds after the Panthers last score, to give his team the ball again.
The Panthers would get a sweet fifteen yard run from Clark, with 10:49 left in the game, that took the ball down to the one yard line. From there Cottingim plowed in for the score.Clark made good on the two point conversion run, making this a 22-8 game.
The ensuing Tri-Village drive ended when Bruner put the ball on the ground and recovering it for the home team was Tommy Lafone.
The Panthers could not take advantage of their gift, and gave the ball up a short time later.
The last score of the game came with eighteen seconds left, on a three yard catch from #3(NOT ON THE ROSTER) A two point conversion pass was successful, making the final score 22-16.
The Panthers were able to run the clock out, after recovering the onside kick.
