Formula base (AP, Points,Losses) gives teams like Green a chance to climb up even though we know they can't beat someone in the Top 20 but due to the formula it gives them a chance.

Where's the Clinton Massie Falcons on this list? They just took down Bishop Hartley, and barely lost to Coldwater in week-1 They're a D-4 School that's Southeast of I-71 and South of I-70 located in Clarksville just outside of Hillsboro. These guys are the uncontested Kings of small school southern Ohio Football and have been for years.
