The Cardinal might have the closes schools. Lancaster, both Pickerington schools, Reynoldsburg, Gahanna
Logan is not a very good fit in the OCC.

The FAC could go to two divisions and that might get Logan in. Don't really thing Logan would have a problem with travel if it was Hillsboro or McClain.
The FAC is not going to travel that far I can promise you that! Logan is not on the FAC list not looking to split into 2 divisions unless it was the right fit. Logan does not fit the league travel wise.
Now days schools are wimps when it comes to travel. Only a few schools in SEO will travel anywhere.
I would have to disagree with schools being wimps! Its about schools being financially responsible.
Especially in a time when many teams have put up levies why travel that far? Its not a natural rivalry many familes are strapped for money in these communities so then travel to the games is now a burden and if the schools don't make any money off the gate how does it makes sense?

Traveling to logan for league match ups would not be a good deal for anyone in the FAC.

I feel for the Logan kids I really do they are being cheated out of all league honors and recognition. Its a shame but They are not a fit for the FAC in its current state.
Things could change and if there were 2 divisions yes maybe depending on teams that were added.

Honestly I don't understand why the TVC won't take them since they have athens. I mean I do understand the other smaller schools don't want to get beat up on. Unfortunately it is sad for the kids not being in a league. I'll leave it at that and I hope they do find a league for the kids sake.

I personally don't want to see Logan in the FAC or TVC. FAC is too far away and the TVC is all small schools. Logan needs to hope for the MSL, LCL or a re-config of the OCC's smaller div.

Agree, and love the smaller re-config OCC idea. 8-)

I don't think any of the OCC schools would go for that. Most hate traveling "all the way to Lancaster" as it is now.

Nope, they probably wouldn't, but I like the idea.

I always thought those out of place D1 Central region schools should be in the same league
1. Logan
2. Zanesville
3. Tri Valley
4. Canal Winchester
5. Hamilton Township
6. New Albany
7. Watkins Memorial
8. Teays Valley

Your correct Raider. The OCC schools also have the same problem some in the MSL and LCL have...... They think Logan is on the Ohio River.

That would be a good league of teams of size and distance.

A lot of variables need to happen though. New Philadelphia and Dover will leave the ECOL to join a league with Louisville around Akron/Canton area. The MVL has become very weak in football while Tri Valley is like Logan from 2000's. Circleville and Logan elm will probably want in the FAC. Canal can't compete in the OCC.

Watkins probably won't leave since it's a backyard league. Hard to leave big gates.

What pieces have to fall into place ? Looks like it's in the hands of the schools in certain leagues . Is that what you mean? Someone should let them join , The kids are being left out and after graduation there is no tomorrow for them which is sad.

They still get to play sports. You act like Logan has no athletics without a league..........

If I'm not mistaken playing for a league title and league honor meant a lot back in the day. Rivalries and home and away match ups brought big crowds to the stadium . Yes they do get to still play and I'm not acting like anything but what it is . I wish Logan the best in finding a new league and I think they will soon IF THE PIECES FALL INTO PLACE.

I still think the TVC should've added Logan , Jackson , warren and gallia ...added Athens and had a TVC big division.
