Re: WK2 1-0 Unioto @ 0-1 McClain
Ugly. Hopefully McClain starts to make a turnaround with their new coach, but I’m pretty past this game for Unioto in their current state.
Re: WK2 1-0 Unioto @ 0-1 McClain
Unioto let VC hang around due to turnovers. Could be the same kind of issues here. However if the Shermans hold onto the ball this could be a running clock by 2nd half. Jamarcus Carroll should have another big day against the Tigers. If they key on him too much the QB should have easy passing lanes to spread the ball around. Good luck to both teams... I may have to go check out the ZT/Waverly game!

Any truth to this contract not being renewed? I am hearing that the tanks will play Amanda clearcreak instead. Say what you will about McClain but they gave us a great game last time we played at there place. Hope we take care of the ball.

Re: WK2 1-0 Unioto @ 0-1 McClain
No idea, but I think, at least temporarily, it would be the right move to make.
McClain needs some winnable games to help build their program and Unioto needs some games that would push them more. Obviously, that could change quickly, but for the time being, I think it would be best to put it on hold.
You’re right though, McClain played Unioto extremely tough 2 years ago, so a closer game on Friday wouldn’t absolutely shock me. I just think the Unioto defense is on a much higher level than they were then.

Pretty sure they had an All State track athlete playing QB then....they are far from those days!danicalifornia wrote: ↑Tue Aug 28, 2018 12:16 pmNo idea, but I think, at least temporarily, it would be the right move to make.

Congrats to Unioto. Hopefully the league is stronger top to bottom this season.
