I think this is going to be a little closer than most people think. Athens on the road and a lot of quick screen passes jet sweeps by Fairland could possibly cause some disruption early on.

Plus not sure a lot of fans will travel so not much support on he road for the Bulldogs.

Athens defense is pretty good. They have a lot of size in the front 7 and a lot of athletes on the back end. It may be a high scoring affair, who knows, but I won't be shocked if the dogs are able to limit Fairlands scoring opportunities.

I agree with you Trimble proved Saturday they have a few backs that can run and Athens shut them down pretty well Bulldogs may go 10- 0!!!

I cant see Fairland being able to score enough points to be able to beat Athens. Mayby last year in Basketball, but not this year in football.

It’s just a one game series. Athens got dropped by Canal Winchester for Olentangy Berlin late. Athens plays Jackson week 2 next year.
