Thoughts are.....Rosecrans beat one team with a winning record. The 8 opponents rosecrans defeated won a combined 25 games, ZERO came against a team above .500

Truthfully no. But i do believe they have enough to put it all over BR who beat one team with a winning record

Danville is a very well oiled machine. I wouldn't sleep on Rosecrans, but I think Danville controls this one.

I am taking the sleeper in this one.... Rosecrans in a barn burner... 27-24... Late TD wins it!!

BRHS has joined a new league (MSL Cardinal division), where most of the teams do not do well in football, so don't hold it against them for not having a stronger schedule... Harvest Prep scored early on them and put them on their heels, but they held #23 to two big plays and very little else on the ground.

Danville historically is a good team, but I think the Defense of Rosecrans surprises Danville... #8 defeats #1 this year!!

You mean the defense that gave 608 yards to Harvest Prep. Take away the 2 runs you referenced and Bangura still had 199 yds on 20 carries.
As for the schedule, they chose to play Beallsville in a non-conference game. Enough said.

Daniel Bangura amassed 369 yards rushing and three touchdows to pace visiting Harvest Prep (4-1, 2-0) past Rosecrans (4-1, 1-1) in the MSL Cardinal.

Scoring summary
HP --Daniel Bangura95-yard run(Savon Mitchell from Moses Davis), 1st.
HP --Savon Mitchell55-yard pass from Moses Davis(Zion Bangura from Daniel Bangura), 1st.
HP --Isaiah Mullins2-yard pass from Moses Davis(Pass failed), 1st.
RC. Bosch7-yard run(Jack Nash Kick), 2nd.

Harvest is scum. Someone will beat them. They deserve to lose. Danville and Rosecrans have had some close games over the years. I like Danville in this one.

I don't think Danville has quite the firepower or personnel like they did in 2015, but they are still very good. They are difficult to deal with defensively as they typically do a great job of spreading the ball around to any of the 6 eligible ball handlers on offense. This levels the playing field against opponents who are bigger, faster, stronger and more athletic. Opposing teams must hate trying to prepare for that. An area Danville struggles with is on defense containing a super athlete...like Northmore QB (Johnson) and Harvest Prep RB (Bangura).

Zanesville BR has given Danville fits in the past. Not sure what they have this time around though, as I have not seen them yet. Assuming they have the same coaching they will know what's coming.
