Because you dont understand and do not know the Family /personal criteria on making of this decision I would suggest a congratulations and a "good luck young man" vs. questioning a life decision that obviously isn't anyone's business other the decision maker(s) themselves.

Often times folks get caught up in the moment questing decisions that others make when they have no clue on the who, what, when, where and why to the decision. This young man will no doubt use Fball as a vehicle to his success and I, for what its worth, hope he doesn't look back except to reflect where he came from and then to keep a clear on where he can go!

Not slammin ya Seabee just my thoughts.

Scott is a good sized young man who will only get bigger, especially probably sitting a year because of depth at Ole Miss which will work out for both in the long run.

Was surprised with the decision of Ole Miss over Duke and MSU, but this decision isn't only based on football alone as academics played a major role in his decision. Make your family and school proud, and show the young athletes from the area that hard work both on and off the field pay off.

He gets to play in the SEC and in warmer weather. Seems he is going there for the school not just football. Just stay out of trouble work hard on the field and classroom. Make the most out of it.

I asked why bc they have so many offensive lineman already I would have hoped he went somewhere where he can start all 4 years...I do wish the best for the young man and I hope he reaches his dreams....

It amazes me to see negativity and questioning his decision to be a STUDENT- Athlete at Ole Miss. He gets a great education as well as playing in one of the most recognized football conferences in the country. Congrats to the young man.

I would say rethink your selection and if you still love the place go to it.

Kid had a lot of D1 offers (35+) from some good schools. I gotta imagine he'll be reopening his recruitment especially given the likelihood of sanctions coming against Ole Miss.*

Blaine is free to choose whatever university he wants, as for you I am sorry you had no offers. Get a life and stop bashing kids.
