only way to win this game is 0 turnovers , minimal flags , mix up run / pass a lot more than currently. raceland 7-2 will be bringing it, nothing at all like the oaks 7-2 team!!

GO TIGERS

Agree...set up the run with the short pass some and use the fullback some to set up the sweeps.

Ironton showed they can move the ball and move it well and quick last night when it counted with the pistol and hurry up offense.
This is not a good grind it out Ironton team I hate to say it but it isn't tie game just under a minute left they showed what they can do.
This is a team that needs to believe they can win the whole game and not on just a drive.
keep turn overs down penalties down and play with confidence and this team can win but it takes all phases to do so.
Go Tigers great win tonight.

No I do not but maybe just maybe this team will play as a team and not commit the turnovers and stupid penalties and they coaches will realize the strength of this team is to move the ball quickly and balanced this team tried and tried to pound the ball and it went no where and when they threw Oak Hill was waiting for it because they knew what was coming.
Go Tigers

I agree that there were way too many penalties but for gods sake with those officials anything could've happened. That has to go down as one of the most terrible officiated games ever! I'm not speaking of just on one side of the ball either. These guys completely took the game. I was on the visitors side and saw right in front of me a OH kid talking trash and the Ironton kid did laugh but not a word out of his mouth and he was flagged for unsportsmanlike! When I say I was right there I was literally 2ft. away. Also, I would like to know when knocking a ref down that can't get out of your way became a penalty??

Enough of that and on to next week! A huge challenge for the Tigers but one I think they can handle. I agree with the post of mixing things up a little more and the defense will have to play much better. This Raceland team has athletes all over the field and a nice sized aggressive line!

I agree how do you call a dead ball foul while the play is developing and the 2 players are locked in on each other I would like that one explained.

I hope the fighting tigers can get some things squared away, and play more disciplined ball against the rams.

YTB I think you had to be there and watch this to understand just how bad it was. I stood with a couple oaks fans and with laughed in amusement multiple times with the flags that were thrown! Not saying some weren't warranted but this crew lost credibility early. I saw more flags waived off and ref conferences in one game than I've seen in my life. Myself and one oaks fan were wagering on over/under on amount of plays until next flag! They did not allow either team to get into any type of flow.

Another tough out for the Tigers. I think they'll definitely have their hands full with the Rams. Good luck Ironton!

Be a tough test for sure coaching will win this one.
Ironton coaches get a game plan together and get the players to execute it and prevent them from the stupid penalties they can win.
But it starts with coaching period.

Every kid wants to play one more game at least in week 11. Why would that be a bad thing?

For this group and the season they have had I think that keeping the streak alive would be huge!
