Whats weird is Cadets have got away from the spread and have been using a ton more under center controlling clock only passing 6-10 times a game and they still have more passing yards then Trail. I figure Trail is running offense similar to what Fort ran with Chandler Lang.

I am growing in confidence this week and don't think it will be close at all. I watched BT play Barnesville and I don't think the BT kids are tough. They are athletic as all get out but they do not have the toughness engraved in them. Remind you of Oregon, athletic and fast but just not tough. Fort Frye reminds me of Ohio State athletic and tough as nails. I will say 45-26 Fort Frye.

So coming back from 42-14 and holding them scoreless the whole second half except for the first possession doesn't show toughness if you ask me barnseville isn't tough cause they were dead by the fourth quarter and so was trail but trail didn't quit.

We will learn a lot about these 2 teams in this game. I think both teams want it to stay dry.

I was just at Deep Cut and people with connections to our football program said that Pontius will be a game time decision. The coaches know they have to beat Fort Frye or River and feel the only way they beat either is a healthy Pontius. I heard the coaches are kicking themselves for playing him last week.

I am a Trail fan been to all the games and I think Trail either pulls another close one off in a stunner or they get beat by 20 I don't think there is an in between

Like I've said Fort will make more stops then Trail. Cadets going to get the ball deep to Lochary this week.

I am hearing Pontius will play offensively and defensively, they feel he is 100%.

So Miller and Bunfil both tore up Trail defense. What's the over/under on Casey Lewis yards? IMO he's the best back in Fort history. I say 165.

Trail coaches say that he is better than Bunfill.
