So far, so good here in Chillicothe(4-1) with each week they are getting better. Still with Clinton-Massie in the horizon, can't overlook the teams before that huge pivotal game.. Chillicothe's Defense is a stingy one, with a lot of speed... The Offense is starting to roll, causing trouble for opposing teams, especially because of the speed on the outside...the Non League Schedule has definitely gotten them ready for SCOL play....

4 shutouts with tonight's 48-0 win over Caldwell.
212-13 through 5 games.
Two teams are 4-1 and one is 3-2.
It's gonna be a interesting game here in two wks with the 6-0 burg rolls into raidiger to take on the 6-0 tigers. Anyone know the last time that happened
Mad Dogg,
Don't get too anxious, neither are 6-0 yet!
I believe it happened in 2006, Waverly was undefeated anyway. May have happened in 2007 as well. Burg was the Tigers only loss in 07.
Yep, I read awhile back that folks there were talking about playing Coldwater......and they aren't on Wheelersburg schedule. Not saying they won't meet in the playoffs, but it may be best to play the games one at a time.

its funny how people want to talk poop about logan not winning this year but people have to think after there 8-2 season last year all the guys they had is now gone. its not easy in one year to find almost a whole new team. Hell they lost 98 percent of there offense from last year. so even if you always has a good team its going to be hard to win like that.

Currently the Wheelersburg Pirates stand undefeated at 5-0. The Division IV team currently sits at #2 in the division according to MaxPreps.com, they are coming off strong win over the 22nd ranked (MaxPreps.com) Division III Jackson Ironmen by a score of 38-13. They a continuing to improve weekly and now have a quality win over a quality opponent. vs the Ironmen, Burg Dominated the line of scrimmage with the offensive line allowing the Pirates to average over 9 yards a carry on 26 rushes...the team also was very balanced throwing for 166 yards. The Pirate athletes were able to basically do what they wanted. Also no turnovers (huge).

Currently the Logan Chieftans are 0-5 and are Ranked 100 out of 106 in DII (maxpreps) after falling to yet another school 3 divisions lower this past Friday night 35-0. No relief looks to be in site for this once proud program full of tradition. Hopefully they can get back on track and get them a win in the last 5 games of the season.

That's how I see it Standing...

There's the BURG....then there's everyone else!

no doubt that is impressive granite. but since they lost to coldwater. you guys must have played 23 games this year. no wonder the burg is clicking on all cylinders. ------------------------ my team ironton has only played 8 this year. and only has 10 scheduled-------------------------- anyhoo, it's looking like ironton can get into the preseason after a 1-3 start. but we still have 2 key games left with former SEOAL opponents gahs, and then Portsmouth. lose 1 and we're likely out. what concerns me right now, say ironton does win against a winless blue devil team. will they fall, they are already at 9 and on the ouside looking in trying to get in the top 8.

After a tough loss in Athens....RV is out of playoff picture for this year....but with a huge upset at home on Friday, can tie for most wins in a single season.....secured a winning season and getting better each week since getting thumped by NY in week 4.....
